REGISTRATION FEES:
All fees include a comprehensive set of conference materials, four continental breakfasts, four lunches, the gala on Thursday night. Registrations are only accepted online; please see registration link below.
$1200 Standard Fee.
$1095 Early Registration Fee – by July 23, 2019
$1095 For Members of Endorsing Societies: Biomedical Engineering Society, The Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine, Society For Biomaterials or TERMIS.
$495 For Armed Forces Institute of Regenerative Medicine (AFIRM) affiliated personnel.
$495 For Graduate and Undergraduate Students, post-docs, medical students, and residents.
NOTE: The graduate student option requires prior approval: To be eligible, you must first submit a letter/email from your faculty advisor stating that you are a graduate (or other qualified students) in good standing to ate@rice.edu. Please do not submit the online registration before obtaining approval from the course coordinator. Feel free to contact us with any questions at ate@rice.edu.

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS: 3.1
Attendees wishing to obtain the CEU will be asked to sign in every day as proof of attendance and to obtain the certificate.
TRAVEL AWARD: Two $1,000 travel stipends are available from AR3T to support ATE attendants. Please click here for more information. Deadline to apply is July 15, 2019.
INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES:
If you are an intentional student or visitor and will be in need of an invitation letter, please send a request to Gihan Semine at ate@rice.edu and provide your name, address and institution/affiliation.
REFUND POLICY:
All refund requests must be in writing. Full refunds will be given for cancellations received before or on July 31, 2019. Cancellations received July 31 through August 7 will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after August 7, 2019.
